5131417ebc Add More Options into DDNS & improve existing one 
- Improve Amazon DDNS to handle more complex cases;
- Add Azure as new DDNS option;
- Add ClouDNS as new DDNS option;
- Add Google Cloud DNS as new DDNS option;

Now, All offline IP database files will download and update by download.sh script. The script will also track local version and latest version of those database.
